happy friday! hope everyone had a fantastic 4th of july. can't wait to share what i wore for my festivities.

i'm convinced i need to pack my bags and take a much needed vacation to austrailia. primarily because it appears that every label i fall in love with is from austrailia. one teaspoon, style stalker, keepsake the label, finders keepers... it's getting unfair. what are your favorite labels?

one of my favorite things to do is wear a large necklace under the collar of my blouse. it's like an accessory for my shirt.

kind of obsessed with the large tribal earrings. they're actually pretty light so they don't tug on my ears. a major problem that usually arises with large earrings.

hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!

can't wait for my package from fine n' funky to arrive. inside is my adorable july 4th outfit! what are your plans?

cirque de soleil presents iris

dress: gifted sugarlips // shoes: gifted myhotshoes // bag: henri bendel // jewelry: nineties child

my first cirque de soleil show was mystere in vegas and i had such a memorable experience that i felt it was worth going to another one of their shows.

our experience started off rocky with tons of issues with your tickets… but honestly, it's the company you keep at the end of the day that matters most. and i had a lovely night despite all of the mishaps.

i loved how summery my outfit was. the dress is extremely comfortable and the shoes double as a weapon. just kidding. although the spikes are pretty sharp…

stripes & purple shorts

shorts: ℅ zen vintage // top: brandy melville // shoes: urban outfitters (similar here)// jewelry: nineties child

finally got a chance to bust out these purple shorts! they're actually supposed to be bermuda shorts length but lord knows that would make my legs appear even stumpier. i ended up cuffing them which gave them the perfect length.

surprisingly had no trouble at all styling them. i opted for a simple striped tee and some pewter giltter sneakers. oh, and they're unbelievably comfortable!

boyfriend shorts

i'm so excited to share my favorite pair of shorts this summer. no joke. i wore them to disneyland and fell in love with them! they're incredibly comfortable and after the first wear, they form to fit your body but in a perfect loose boyfriend way. i guess that didn't make all too much sense but essentially, they're the perfect boyfriend shorts! the company that makes them, zen vintage, is currently sold in specialty boutiques in socal. i'll keep you posted when you can get a pair for yourself.

also, loving all these new jewelry finds from nineties child! they'll all be available for purchase in the next two weeks. i'll keep you posted on that too. in the mean time, shop their current collection and use the code JENNY15 for 15% off your entire order. they ship free domestically!
