because when you get cold in the summer, you should be able to put on a pair of winter white socks. and no i don't care if i look silly. i liked my socks with my jeffrey campbell clog wedges.

i would really like to go to a concert. watching ads for the vmas makes me want to go to an adele or lady gaga concert.

about to spend the rest of my night listing my clothes on ebay and then a late night run to VT with the best.

i met this lady who designs for free people, anthropologie, and bloomingdales this past DTLA artwalk. her pieces were gorgeous. very ornate and not for the light of heart but the detail and complexity is definitely apparent. each piece had some kind of vintage component which made it one-of-a-kind, my favorite kind of jewelry! i'm mildly obsessed with handmade jewelry. i just think it means so much more than forever 21 - made with some kind of 9 year old's indentured slavery on some sort of machinery in some impoverished nation.

finally trying that one sushi place in westwood tonight. yamato i think...

had a lot of trouble sleeping last night. very very tired today.

also very sore from my lyrical hip hop class. and no i cannot dance. still.

i really liked this kimono grandma top even though it was not the popular opinion of the day. i guess i dress for myself first. then for other girls. then for my boyfriend. lately my boyfriend's opinion has been a more of a factor though his apparel of choice is usually "bumming it" clothing. and that usually means basketball shorts. <3

one day, someone will appreciate all my oversized grandma knits.
