those boots were my one and only rodeo drive purchase. i was in the LA moment and had to buy something... so my ex-roomie and i got matching rain boots... because it rains here ALL THE TIME. seriously, floods.

today was the shoot with rumi and no this isn't what i wore. honestly, she's so incredibly sweet. i'm relieved that my fashion idol isn't a snobby boob.

anyhow, the vs fashion show was yesterday. and since i'm not special, i will view it when the rest of you do on novemeber 29th on CBS. yes.

good. i have until the 29th to sufficiently starve myself so i don't feel so fat when i watch the show.

i don't usually like the combo of red and black together because it reminds me a bit too much of avril lavigne's debut style and frankly, it's not my personal preference. however, i don't really mind the combination here. something about the ballerina dress really softens the edgier boots and vintagey button down. the tights were much needed as it's getting a lot chillier in LA. we're behind but our weather is finally catching up.

i really meant to post an outfit yesterday but imageshack went cray cray on me. hence the ballerina louboutins. tomorrow's workday? working with RUMI NEELY of fashiontoast. it's been 6 months in the making so i'm pretty excited it's happening. excited and relieved. honestly, it's like meeting fashion royalty. now what to wear...

so what's a blogger with her photographer? though i started this using a very rudimentary approach, the self-timer on my point and shoot, i've grown to using a SLR camera and enlisted mr. sarac as my official photographer. through doing this as a very much appreciate favor to me, he's developed a much deeper interest in photography as a whole. he's finally starting his blog but be warned, he's very wordy.
